Soapy water is the way to go with tamiya decals. Going on dry is impossible
Any noticeable performance issues?or just shorter and louder pretty much it
Solid tip on the servo horn. Stock setup was surprisingly bad, and I just didn't want to commit the time and effort to the dual servo mod. This was a great middle ground. Nice one.
So i must ask ,its been over 6 yrs since install ,have you had any leaks or issues
Sounded nice riding off at the end..
Question with your 3 way switch that you use to turn on your accessories are you tripping a relay in the one position and then using a keyed ignition wire in the second position? I looked at your videos and dont see wiring howto.
How much do you charge? Got a gsxr k5 same exhaust. Looking to get it done
Great ideas. I'm going to have to try this on the Clod Buster I'm currently building. Thanks 👍
Thanks for sharing. Did I see a small Axe Mounted on the inside of your box you didn't mention? if yes how did you mount it? ( I say never go in the Bush without an Axe.) Time for a part 5? /6?
Bruh you did a great job on rewiring the whole car... 👍
Nice clod
Great tip on the steering
did you get the v2 head or just the cylinder? if so how is it wwith just the cylinder?
Just the cylinder and carb. Has too much power with the cylinder alone.
though the video is old, you've convinced me on getting a shorter bar & chain. thanks man. great info.
Way too much about ancillary issues. Searching for sawing off and exhaust and I get this long drawn out thing so it might be a great video for some things but you need to get to the point faster.
Then grab your hacksaw and cut it off you fucking idiot 🤣
Fantastic job ,look and sound on the yoshi 👍👍👍👍👍
Great idea putting pads on your body. The less the body moves around on the post the better. Great video and awesome truck.
Take note that as soon as you take a ANY speaker out of it box i.e. without at least a baffle - the sound changes to miserable! I used the front end of the boat - closed it with three ply - mounted the speaker inside it (you have to cut a round hole of course and screw the speaker o the plywood) - and the sound is far far more solid, robust and louder too - it is in fact stunning, far more close to how the engine would sound.
Good neat job.. just about to cut 5 inches off my Remus pipe on my K1300s. Hope it goes as smoothly as the Yoshi.
that does look great shortened, i'm thinking now its shorten and closer to the tyre rubber, is it possible to spray tyre with exhaust smoke at traffic lights etc
Could you please post a video of how the front cylinders are in the upper control arm? Did you weld a plate over the opening with a hole for the cylinder?
Does that have the original ST-300 trans? I have that same car and am thinking of putting a THM350 in it.
Mine has a TH-2004R. It's nice cuz it has overdrive. A 350 or 400 is only going to be a three speed no overdrive.
This video was great until you put the yoshi tag back on...
lifter preload is very important for solid lifter cams...hydraulic cams not so much...imo ....a bent rocker shaft can really screw up the engine timing!!
wow amazing very good cool 👍👍👏👏😎💯
Yes, clutch slip is standard. I put stronger springs in my S2, works perfect! The most fun start above 4500 rpm....
I've sprayed mine matte blue with custom pained black grille edges. Hobbywing esc 2x tamiya brushless motors.
What happened to your cr80 build?
wow 5-600 for the radio, just get a deck an amp and some 10s used lol
also toggle switches are cooler, them rockers are safety certified blah blah blah
Did you work out the starting issue?
You did a very good job on this Series!
Great video! We have a 05 KLX110 and my son wants more power, esp bottom end. Is a big bore kit worth it or should we just go with a Pirahna 140 for $2300? Thanks
Looks like you got your hands full great project good luck bro!
What size carb did you running before ? Any updates ?
Any updates on this?
Hi I just fitted the police light bar on mine in between the on off switch and the Speedo once I drive I think the light gets to much power do I need a resistor fitted ?
I own three Clod buster and I need to do this to all of them
I thought the whole point of the shorty was that it would fit?? Also brass or steel- what's the advantages?
Good job! Made me feel better about doing mine. 👍
Hey just wondering where can I buy the plastics from I just bought a 99 cr80r for $700 plastics are a little beat but I want it to look fresh.
Probably ebay
That sounds and looks amazing
I had the same blue 71 and was told by numerist people that the white 1969 was the fastest of the 500,s due to its porting
Niiiiice🔥
What size motor do you have?
it is a Buick 455 engine bored .030 over which puts it at about 464
I LOVE IT, do you have instagram?
Hey brother my caddy has the same rubbing issue on the passenger side. What did you do to correct it!? Thanks in advance!!!
front or back passenger side?
Rear passenger side. My caddy is literally doing the exact same thing as yours. Passenger rear tire sticks out causing rubbing on the inside of that quarter panel!!
